SERVICE POLICY
Your Expectations & Our Process of Operation.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to confirm your session date and time. The remaining balance of the total amount will be due by -or- on the day of your scheduled session to bring your total package price to completion.
The client agrees to pay any time spent photographing over the scheduled time period at $100 per hour. (separate charge)
No photograph / proof or final will be released to the client until timely payment is made in full.
It is agreed and understood that no person other than UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY or his/her assistant (s) will be allowed to photograph or take pictures at any time during the shoot. From time to time UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY does capture some before – behind the scenes video recording of the session.
The video is an extra feature designed to advertise UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY‘s work or services, and only used in the process of promoting UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY‘s work or the assistant he contracts to do the work or service.
Client may request a BTS or Highlight video of session at an agreed upon rate at least 2 weeks prior to the project service agreement or scheduled project start time.
UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY (GGP) will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or becomes canceled for any reason.
We aim to provide exceptional images for our clients. However, in instances where our clients are not pleased with their images, we provide 2 options:
1: the client can book a re-shoot at a discounted rate
2: The client may receive a partial refund dependent upon full review of project status and situation
Refunds and discounts are negotiated during disputes. Please note we do not issue refunds in situations where the client has not shot in all of the looks during the session. Our rates are based on the length of the session, and also Pre & Post-production work.
We are committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere that is positive and family-friendly.
We do not allow music that is overly explicit, vulgar or violent. We do not allow smoking of any kind in or around our facility or team.
We ask that our clients minimize phone conversions on set. And we also ask that conversations onset remain respectful, free of profanity and insult.
Our commercial clients are allowed up to 3 guests. Your guest must be members of your staff/team or advisory board members.
Client agrees to full responsibility for the actions of their guest(s) at all times during production, On or Off set, at the production facility, and its surroundings, and even on-location.
Each guest must have a functional role and must not interfere, make decisions, or direct during the course of the shoot if not agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Non-commercial clients are allowed 1 personal guest -or- assistant during their scheduled session.
COVID-19
We understand during these unprecedented times you are concerned with safety.
Your safety, health, and rights are a top priority to us. We acknowledge the very real threat of Covid-19 and take the necessary precautions of disinfecting all surfaces, having a supply of hand sanitizer and other cleaning products available as well as maintaining our personal health, and being tested regularly.
Our sessions are designed to accommodate only those who are actively participating, all guests must complete our COVID-19 online Pre-Entry screening form and be approved prior to shoot date. Clients who test positive for COVID-19 must reschedule their shoot. If you suspect or experience any symptoms 10 days before your shoot, please reschedule.
We also believe that each individual has the right to make decisions concerning their health, body, and safety – as outlined by the constitution – and for that reason, we do not enforce masks to be worn while on set. However, we do not go against the will of those who wish to wear a mask while in studio, clients must remove their mask while being filmed/photographed.
Our staff will wear a mask upon the request of our booked client especially in cases of a client having a health condition.

Continued Expectations
We provide an on-set review of images to ensure that our clients are achieving the look and creative direction they are aiming for.
We also allow our clients to choose the level of retouching they’d like for their final images.
Access to your secured private online gallery will be sent within 7-10 business days after your shoot. Please select your images within 7-10 days so that your final delivery of edited images will not be delayed.
Final images are delivered via email 14-30 days after your final images are selected.
Images are the property of UniiQe Impact Productions.
The client will receive the agreed-upon amount of images listed in their package.
Any additional images (outside of the packaged amount), may be purchased for up to, $30 each.
The entire collection of images from a shoot or RAW files, may be purchased at an additional fee ranging from $250 – $1,200+ final amount is determined by details of shoot. Please contact office to discuss usage and intentions.
All collections will exclude images that do not represent the client and/or our company. Please allow 20-30 days after making the full payment to receive the additional images.
Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final prints, sample prints, or digital media, thereof (hereinafter referred to as “Images”) shall remain the property of UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY and may be used for personal/professional advertising UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY, magazine submissions, display, personal website, fan pages, or any other purposes thought to be proper / professional by UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY.
Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. According to the U.S. Copyright Office, the owner of the “work” is generally the photographer.
The normal copyright term is the life of the author plus 70 years. (The term “author” includes photographers.) The copyright expires on the last day of the calendar year 70 years after the author’s death. Please see section 17 U.S.C. §302 of the Copyright Law of the United States.
The client shall not transfer, license, sell, lease, or otherwise confer either permanently or temporarily any reproduction rights to any images to any third party. The client shall affix UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY’s copyright notice and photo credit to any images posted by the client. This includes the posting of Images on any and all Internet websites used by clients. Copyright notice/photo credit to read: © 2021 UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY. If reproduction decisions are made without permission, the client is in breach of contract and the United States Copyright Law (please see FAQ-FAIR USE). Images reproduced without permission will cost the client a minimum of $1,000 each.
Online posting must be credited. The images may not be cropped for online posting unless agreed upon by UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY. In the case of an online post that requires a unique size (such as a square shape) UNIIQE IMPACT | GARRY G PHOTOGRAPHY may provide a version that satisfies the photographer’s reputation, or suggest an alternative that both parties are satisfied with. The web-ready images are just that, web-ready. They are not up to the same standard as a print, and for those reasons should NEVER BE PRINTED or SUBMITTED for any print or publication.
As a Creative, Faith-Based private entity, we want to remain faithful to our guiding principles therefore, we may not accept jobs that require us to shoot partial or full nudity, promote violence or hyper-sexualization of women, or any other job in which the message involves us co-signing a message or promoting a message, product or service that is in direct conflict with our faith.
