Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate new dates, but a rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellations: Deposits are forfeited upon cancellation to cover reserved time and preparation.

REFUNDS & CREDIT

Our goal is to ensure that every client receives high-quality images and a satisfying experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your images, we offer two options to help achieve the desired results:

1. Discounted Re-Shoot:

•Clients may book a re-shoot at a discounted rate to capture additional shots or achieve specific adjustments.

Discount Calculation: The discounted rate for a re-shoot is based on factors like the scope of additional work, the number of new looks required, and any necessary location or setup changes. Typically, it reflects a percentage reduction from the original rate but will be tailored to the project’s requirements.

2. Partial Refund:

Refund Eligibility: Partial refunds may be offered after a thorough review of the project status, the work completed, and the reasons for dissatisfaction.

Criteria for Refunds: Eligibility factors include, but are not limited to, the quality of delivered images relative to agreed-upon standards, completion of agreed looks and concepts, and specific production constraints. A partial refund is generally issued only in cases where our team agrees that final deliverables do not meet the standards outlined at project inception.

Dispute Resolution Process

Dispute resolution is initiated when a client expresses significant dissatisfaction with the final deliverables. This process includes reviewing the project objectives, pre-session planning, and post-production work to ensure that all expectations were addressed. Specific situations that lead to dispute resolution may include, but are not limited to, missed critical shots due to unforeseen circumstances, unmet expectations that were explicitly documented, or deviations from the creative brief.

Please note that refunds, discounts, and credits are only available after this review. We cannot issue refunds for sessions where the client did not complete all booked looks or changes were requested beyond the original brief. Our rates account for the entire session, including the time dedicated to pre- and post-production.

GUESTS

Commercial clients may bring up to three guests to the production. Guests must be members of the client’s staff, team, or advisory board and should have a functional role during the session.

Responsibility: The client is fully responsible for their guests’ actions at all times, whether on or off set, at the production facility, surrounding areas, or on location.

Guest Conduct: All guests are expected to contribute in a way that supports the session. Guests without a defined role should not interfere, make decisions, or give direction during the shoot unless previously agreed upon.

If additional guests are required, particularly for high-profile or VIP clients with larger teams, prior approval must be obtained. We will work with you to evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure a smooth and productive experience.

Non-commercial clients may bring one personal guest or assistant to their session.

To uphold this commitment, we have established the following guidelines:
